Big changes are coming to our Beasley Futbol Winter Camp this December! We’re revamping our programs, exploring new Midwest locations, and making this year’s experience more selective and flexible than ever before.
We know the holiday season is a busy time, so this winter, you’ll have the option to pick only the days that work best for you—giving you top-tier training without missing out on holiday fun.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
We prioritize the security and efficiency of your registration process. Our online secure viewer ensures your information is protected and expedites registration. If you prefer to register by mail, please download and complete the application form, then return it to the Beasley office at 1807 E. California Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due upon submitting your completed application. Accepted forms of payment include personal check, money order, MasterCard, or Visa. When paying by credit card, the entire amount will be charged at once. If you require a payment plan, please contact us at 260-469-3024 to discuss available options.
DAY CAMP REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your registration for any reason and are unable to reschedule for another week, we will issue a camp voucher for the full amount paid, minus the $5 online registration fee. This voucher is valid for any Beasley National Soccer School camp for one full year and may only be transferred to an immediate family member.
However, if you prefer a cash refund, the following applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of camp will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the camp start will receive a refund minus a $40 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will receive a pro-rated refund of half of the original camp fees paid.
- No refunds will be granted after the camp has started. Refund decisions after the camp begins will be at the sole discretion of the camp director.
Please note: The $5 registration fee charged by our online provider is non-refundable.
